Welcome to Ironmetrics. By accessing or utilizing our software, you agree to comply with the following Terms of Service governing your use of our data infrastructure.

1. CORE PLATFORM DISCLAIMER

IRONMETRICS IS STRICTLY A MATHEMATICAL DATA VISUALIZATION AND ALGORITHMIC INFRASTRUCTURE PLATFORM. THE PLATFORM DOES NOT PROVIDE PROFESSIONAL SCIENTIFIC ADVICE, DIAGNOSIS, ATHLETIC PRESCRIPTIONS, OR EXOGENOUS VARIABLE EVALUATION. IT IS PURELY A SOFTWARE SYSTEM INTENDED FOR TRACKING USER-DEFINED METRIC VARIATIONS AND PERFORMANCE INDICATORS. USERS ASSUME ALL RESPONSIBILITY FOR DECISIONS MADE BASED ON ANALYTICAL LOGS DISPLAYED WITHIN THE SYSTEM.

2. Subscription & Billing

Ironmetrics operates on a recurring billing model designed to support global merchant standards (e.g., Stripe, Lemon Squeezy, Paddle). Our subscription tiers include:

  • FREE: Maximum 5 athletes. Minimalist layout. No automated features.
  • PLUS ($20/month): Maximum 20 athletes. Automated scanning features activated.
  • PRO ($39/month): Maximum 20 athletes. Includes AI MCP Access and 100GB of Cloudflare R2 storage.
  • ULTRA ($149/month): Unlimited athletes. Includes 500GB of Cloudflare R2 storage.
  • ENTERPRISE: Custom seats for multi-tenant organizations. Custom pricing applies.

Infrastructure Usage Policy:

Storage exceeding the base tier allotment on Cloudflare R2 will incur a standard $0.50 per GB monthly maintenance fee. These charges will be automatically applied to your recurring billing cycle.

3. Refund & Chargeback Prevention

We operate with full transparency to ensure strict adherence to international compliance guidelines.

  • Billing Cycles: Subscriptions are billed automatically at the start of your billing period (monthly or annually).
  • Refund Policy: Refunds are only provided within a strict 7-day system-error window. If our infrastructure fails to process your analytical logs due to a documented system outage, you may request a prorated refund.
  • Chargebacks: Initiating unwarranted chargebacks will result in immediate termination of data infrastructure access and permanent account suspension.
