Privacy Policy

Effective Date: January 1, 2026

At Ironmetrics, we prioritize the confidentiality and integrity of your data infrastructure. This Privacy Policy details how we handle the sensitive user-inputted performance metrics and analytical logs managed through our platform.

1. Information We Collect

Ironmetrics processes data solely for the purpose of metric tracking and performance analysis. The information we collect includes:

  • User Profiles: Basic identification and contact data necessary for account provisioning and secure authentication.
  • Biomarker Data & Analytical Logs: Numerical metric inputs generated by your athletes, including tracked performance indicators and exogenous variables.
  • Custom Baselines: Mathematical boundaries and variance thresholds defined by coaching staff for specific metric tracking.

This data is either inputted manually or synced via compliant data streams from approved third-party integrations.

2. Data Processing & MCP Architecture

We utilize an advanced Model Context Protocol (MCP) to manage the secure transmission of complex analytical logs.

  • All data transmitted through the MCP and our integrated software models is encrypted in transit and at rest using industry-standard AES-256 protocols.
  • Zero Public Training: We strictly enforce that zero user data, performance indicators, or custom baselines are ever utilized to train public algorithmic models. Your data remains completely isolated within your tenant.

3. Data Ownership & Retention

Ironmetrics operates strictly as a data processor. Coaches and athletes retain 100% ownership of their data at all times.

  • Data Export: Organizations can export their full historical metric inputs and analytical logs at any time.
  • Right to be Forgotten: Users have the ability to trigger permanent data deletion instantly. Upon request, all associated profiles, biomarker data, and custom baselines are permanently purged from our primary databases and encrypted backups without delay.
