How do plan upgrades and downgrades work?

Upgrades are processed instantly. When moving to a higher tier (e.g., PLUS to PRO), the integrated merchant system automatically prorates the remaining time on your current billing cycle and applies it toward the new tier. Downgrades take effect at the beginning of the next billing cycle to prevent mid-cycle service disruption.

How is payment tracking managed?

All recurring payments are handled via our automated, compliance-certified merchant system. Invoices and historical payment logs are securely available within the Billing module of your organizational dashboard.

2. Storage FAQ

How do Cloudflare R2 storage quotas function?

Each subscription tier includes a base allotment of decoupled asset storage (e.g., 100GB for PRO, 500GB for ULTRA). This quota is calculated based on the total aggregate size of all analytical logs, documents, and media assets linked to your organization.

What happens if I exceed my quota?

To ensure uninterrupted service, the infrastructure automatically scales to accommodate your data needs. If your usage breaches the allotted base tier quota, the system calculates an extra maintenance fee of $0.50 per GB for the overflow storage. This overage is seamlessly aggregated and added to your next scheduled billing cycle.
